Workshop Session A:
1A. Fostering Spiritual Health in Traumatized Children- Duane Mullner, MA, LPC
Learn how "traumas" impact a child's Spirit and ways to help a child's Spirit, every level of their being: physical, emotional, cognitive, and social. In this
presentation we will discuss ways to help a child's Spirit become visible again and re-born.

This workshop is designed to support parents and caregivers in developing the knowledge and skills needed to deal with challenging behaviors- discipline
styles, parenting histories, and child sensitivity will be explored.
3A. Colorado's Assuring Better Child Health Development Project (ABCD)- Eillen Auer Bennett, MBA and Stacy Kennedy
ABCD project will demonstrate why standardized developmental screening is essential for optimal health and wellness for all children birth to three.
4A. On Being a Good Dad- Chistine Cerbana
This interactive workshop will focus on the important role fathers play in children's lives.
5A. Parenting with Self Esteem- Stephanie Haney, LCSW
Learn how a parent's self esteem affects a young growing child's self esteem, how each self esteem plays off each the other and how the parent and child
can bond and grow through positive self esteem.
6A. Calming Kids through Yoga- Dee Marie, MA, CYT
If children are instructed in yoga techniques during their formative years, anti-social and violent behavior might not manifest in later years. This interactive
workshop will instruct participants to use yoga techniques for relaxing the body, calming the mind and centering attention for increased learning throughout
the day.
