Early Learning Ventures Alliance at Early Childhood Options
Early Learning Ventures Alliances are community based networks of early care agencies and providers that work together to deliver services in a more streamlined and efficient way. Collaboration with public, private, and nonprofit sectors is the cornerstone of Early Learning Venture’s work. Leverage is a significant component to the initiative’s strategies; leveraging existing human capital to provide technical assistance and reduce overhead costs; leveraging intellectual capital to effect systems change; and leveraging financial capital to a sector previously ignored. ELV seeks to bring knowledge about shared business platforms and new business models to the ECE industry. The ELVA model allows small businesses to retain their autonomy and diversity, and yet attain critical economies of scale.
Early Learning Ventures Alliance at Early Childhood Options will utilize the model and resources of ELV to ensure fiscal stability of members so that they may focus on providing quality child care for their families.
Early Learning Ventures Alliance at Early Childhood Options will provide services and assistance in critical business functions such as Fiscal Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Administration, Operations & Development, Quality Improvement & Professional Development, and Referral to Supportive Services. Early Learning Ventures Alliance at Early Childhood Options may;
- Track enrollment and demand trends

- Collect and screen resumes and process background checks
