What is the Educational Stipend Program?
The Educational Stipend Program was created to provide stipends to people working in licensed early childhood centers, family child care homes and school-age programs, as they successfully complete collect courses.
How Do I Qualify?
To qualify you must…
- Be enrolled in a course (s) that help you advance your early childhood credential
- Have an annual family income that is less than $75,000
- Have care and control of a dependent child under 18 years of age
- Be lawfully present in the US
The stipend program is managed by the Colorado Office of Professional Development. The stipend program is currently effective for the spring, summer and fall semesters 2010 and the spring semester 2011.
